彭立志,博士,教授。1998年毕业于西安交通大学工程力学专业;2015年获哈尔滨工业大学计算机科学与技术专业博士学位;2017年赴新西兰奥塔哥大学访学一年,并受邀成为奥塔哥大学信息科学系Guest LectureIEEE会员,ACM会员,CCF会员。多次担任PiCOMITNAC等国际会议程序委员会委员,以及SPAC等会议分会主席。国际著名期刊JSACInformation SciencesIEEE Trans. on Evolutionary ComputingApplied Soft Computing等审稿人。

先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项,企业联合项目多项。先后获山东省自然科学奖、科技进步奖、黑龙江省科技进步奖多项,以及山东省高校科技进步奖、黑龙江省高校科技奖、济南市科技进步奖等厅局级、市级奖励数项。近年来在Information SciencesParallel ComputingACM Trans. on Internet TechnologyApplied Soft ComputingIWQoSComputer Communications等重要国际期刊、会议上发表论文50余篇。

  3. 2012年,山东省自然科学基金面上项目,高速网络环境下加密流量的早期并行识别研究,7万。
